Campaign 1
Technical SEO Cleanup
Clean up crawl, metadata, image, and link issues so the new HHS site is easier for search engines to parse and trust.
Compress oversized images and fix image alt text
Ahrefs latest pull identified 55 PNG compression candidates totaling 87.04 MB. Elementor Image Optimization resizing/compression was confirmed active on 2026-08-26, and the before-size baseline remains attached for follow-up validation.
Image compression and alt text improve page quality, accessibility, and speed signals without changing the service offer.
- Replace large PNGs with optimized WebP or AVIF where appropriate.
- Add descriptive alt text for meaningful images.
- Record before-and-after image-size evidence after Elementor finishes compressing.
- Recheck page speed and image exports after upload.
Fix duplicate meta descriptions and duplicate H1 template issue
Live cleanup completed on 2026-08-26. Rank Math remains the canonical meta description source; the duplicate Hello Elementor description tag was disabled; the default Hello Elementor page title was hidden; and the single-post Elementor template was normalized so the repeated Post Title widget outputs H2 instead of a second H1. Post-fix validation checked 52 sitemap URLs with 0 duplicate meta description issues and 0 duplicate H1 issues.
This removes duplicate page signals so Google can understand the correct topic and snippet for each page.
- Each indexable HTML page has one meta description tag.
- Each indexable HTML page has one primary H1.
- Re-run Screaming Frog and Ahrefs after the fix.
Rewrite long page titles and long meta descriptions
Approved Rank Math SEO title and meta description updates were published live on 2026-08-26 for all 44 affected HHS URLs: 43 blog posts plus the About page. Post-publish live checks used cache-busting page requests and confirmed 44 of 44 URLs now return the approved SEO title and approved meta description from the review sheet.
Sharper titles and descriptions improve search-result clarity and give each page a better chance to earn clicks.
- Rewrite priority titles to be concise and local-intent friendly.
- Trim priority meta descriptions without losing the CTA.
- Publish the approved Rank Math SEO title and meta description updates.
- Confirm live output across the affected URLs after publishing.
Clean up internal redirects and strengthen internal linking
Closed in ClickUp on 2026-08-26 after the internal redirect/link cleanup review packet was completed. A fresh live crawl found 42 unique redirecting internal date archive URLs across 43 source rows; 41 of 41 URLs from the 8/24 Screaming Frog redirect baseline still appeared, plus 1 new date archive redirect. Ahrefs Site Audit context from 2026-08-25 showed 44 3XX redirects and 2 indexable pages with only one dofollow incoming internal link. The review sheet documents the affected URLs and recommended template-level cleanup path.
Cleaner internal links reduce crawl waste, protect equity from being routed through homepage redirects, and keep service-page authority focused on the pages that drive growth.
- Review and approve the blog/post metadata fix for date archive links.
- Update internal links or template output to avoid sending crawlers through homepage redirects.
- Keep redirects only where needed for old URL preservation.
- Re-run crawl after the approved fix to confirm redirect count drops.
- Use post-fix Ahrefs/Screaming Frog results to decide if any remaining low-link page needs one more contextual link.
Complete Open Graph and social preview metadata cleanup
Approved Rank Math Open Graph and Twitter social-preview settings were published live on 2026-08-27. The HHS homepage now returns the approved OG/Twitter title, description, summary_large_image card, and faqs-home-health-smiles.webp social image while remaining indexable. The Uncategorized category archive and pagination pages now return clean social title, description, image, and Twitter tags plus noindex robots handling to keep thin archive pages out of search results.
Complete social metadata improves shared-page presentation, keeps HHS previews polished when links are shared, and prevents thin archive pages from creating messy brand snippets.
- Approved faqs-home-health-smiles.webp as the default HHS social preview image.
- Published homepage Open Graph and Twitter title, description, card, and image settings in Rank Math.
- Published clean social metadata for the Uncategorized archive and pagination URLs.
- Set the Uncategorized archive and pagination URLs to noindex.
- Validated the live homepage and category archive URLs after publishing.
Campaign 2
Local Visibility Campaign
Strengthen Miami, Miami-Dade, and Hialeah relevance across the website, citations, and local search signals.
Build Miami, Miami-Dade, and Hialeah local-intent page plan
Draft local-intent page plan and three localized page-copy drafts were created for Randall review. The draft set covers Miami-Dade, Miami, and Hialeah with SEO titles, meta descriptions, H1s, full page copy, FAQs, CTAs, and internal-link notes. Hialeah remains gated for confirmed local service proof before publishing.
A focused local page plan gives HHS a stronger path to rank for Miami, Miami-Dade, and Hialeah service searches.
- Review and approve the local-intent page cluster draft.
- Review and approve the Miami-Dade, Miami, and Hialeah page-copy drafts.
- Confirm the service-language boundary before publication.
- Confirm Hialeah-specific service proof before publishing the Hialeah page.
- Publish approved pages only after WordPress/Elementor QA.
- Submit final pages for indexing only after QA.
Clean up citation NAP issues and suspected local duplicates
BrightLocal Citation Tracker score was 29, with observed NAP issues on Bing, Facebook, Hotfrog, and NeustarLocaleze, plus a suspected MapQuest duplicate.
Citation and NAP cleanup protects local trust signals and reduces confusion across directory and map ecosystems.
- Correct core NAP on high-value active citations.
- Log claimed, updated, submitted, pending, and unable-to-update statuses separately.
- Do not purchase citation credits or paid placements without approval.
Improve Local Search Grid visibility for Miami, Miami-Dade, Hialeah, and child companionship
BrightLocal run 5668204 showed Miami/Miami-Dade traction, limited Hialeah visibility, and unranked child companionship and caregiver services samples.
Improving grid visibility helps the campaign move from broad website launch work into map-pack and neighborhood presence.
- Align GBP services, on-site copy, local landing content, and internal links to tracked terms.
- Review local competitors before deciding content or citation priorities.
- Recheck after the next scheduled BrightLocal run.
Campaign 3
Service Demand Campaign
Turn existing non-branded impressions into qualified traffic for the highest-opportunity care-service pages.
Optimize high-impression service pages for non-branded ranking growth
Completed live on 2026-08-26. Published the approved Rank Math title/meta, H1, service-page copy, section headings, CTA language, and contextual internal links for /elderly-companion-services/ and /child-companionship/. Added support links from the homepage, blog hub, and 9 relevant blog posts into the matching service pages. Live verification confirmed the approved titles/meta/H1s, updated service copy, rendered homepage/blog support links, and article-body links.
These pages already have search demand; improving them helps convert existing impressions into service-line traffic.
- Both service pages return the approved SEO title, meta description, and H1.
- Approved intro copy, section headings, CTA language, and internal service-page links are live.
- Homepage, blog hub, and 9 relevant blog posts link into the matching service pages.
- Compare clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position after the next 28-day window.
Campaign 4
Authority and Measurement Campaign
Create a clean post-fix measurement baseline and improve source health, authority, and reporting confidence.
Backlink hygiene and local authority growth review
Ahrefs reported 470 live backlinks and 445 live referring domains. Several returned domains were spam-flagged or low-quality with zero traffic.
Backlink hygiene separates useful local authority from low-quality noise before any outreach or risk decisions are made.
- Separate useful local/healthcare mentions from low-quality backlink noise.
- Do not disavow links unless manual review confirms a real risk.
- Build an outreach list for relevant healthcare, elder care, local Miami, and family-care sources.
Confirm measurement plumbing and SEO reporting baseline
Ahrefs Web Analytics showed 46 search visitors in the reviewed window. GA4 property confirmation remains part of the roadmap.
Measurement cleanup gives the campaign a defensible before-and-after window for reporting SEO progress.
- Confirm the correct GA4 property, GSC property, and Screaming Frog integration labels.
- Decide how GBP UTM traffic should be grouped in reporting.
- Define the first 28-day post-fix measurement window.
Submit post-fix URLs through IndexNow and refresh search engine source health
Ahrefs reported 44 pages to submit to IndexNow. Submission health should remain separate from ranking or traffic movement.
Post-fix submissions help search engines discover validated changes faster while keeping submission status separate from ranking movement.
- Submit eligible URLs after fixes are live.
- Recheck GSC and Bing sitemap/source health after submission.
- Keep submission status separate from ranking movement.
